The 2AC special is a double sided unit that can be installed in a fence line and serve two pens.. It has a lower drinking height to serve smaller animals. Any metal that touches water is always 304 stainless steel. Metal parts that do not touch water are powder coated heavy gauge steel. The AC units have a generous sized access panel on one side (not showing from this angle) that allows easy water line access. The walls, panels, and covers are foam insulated. Trough pan is equipped with high powered heat elements that clip right against the water pan. These thermostatically controlled heat elements are extremely aggressive in keeping water from freezing in the worst winter conditions. This waterer is ideal for small numbers of cattle, calves, horses, sheep, goats, and exotics in small pens inside or out. The AC series is not recommended for swine - please use the Pork King series for pigs. Metal units carry a 100% 10 year warranty against leaking.
